Next Day Delivery

Orders will be sent FEDEX/UPS Standard Overnight to your location. Orders must be placed before 11AM pacific time. If we are out of stock, your item will be sent FEDEX/UPS Standard Overnight when it is available. Days in Transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday and Sunday are not counted towards time in transit. For instance, if you place a NEXT DAY order on Friday it will not arrive until Monday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. We reserve the right to use FEDEX GROUND if your item will still arrive on time. If your order is late due to a problem with the carrier, please notify us and we will refund your shipping charges. This guarantee does not apply to acts of God, Weather delays or acts of terror

2 Day Delivery

Orders will be sent FEDEX 2 DAY to your location. Orders must be placed before 11AM pacific time. If we are out of stock, your item will be sent FEDEX 2 DAY when it is available. Days in Transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday and Sunday are not counted towards time in transit. For instance, if you place a 2 DAY order on Thursday it will not arrive until Monday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. We reserve the right to use FEDEX GROUND if your item will still arrive on time. If your order is late due to a problem with the carrier, please notify us and we will refund your shipping charges. This guarantee does not apply to acts of God, Weather delays or acts of terror.

Heavy Item Shipping

If your item requires shipment by truck, you will see the total shipping charge during checkout. We deliver to Commercial NON-RESIDENTIAL address for heavy truck shipments. We can send it to a truck terminal near you if you do not have a commercial location. If there is an error in your order and you are not charged the correct shipping charge, we will notify you.

Returns

We accept returns for a period of 30 days. We may decide to honor a return after 30 days, but a 20% restocking fee may apply. We also do not refund shipping charges, unless it is our fault.
